Greg Garza, Beyond Goals, Soccer Mentoring

Greg has dedicated his whole life to soccer. He left home at the age of 12 to indulge himself in a completely different country, culture, and environment to follow his true dream of becoming a professional and creating a pathway for his own personal life journey, making him the person he is today.

Competing on all different stages, traveling the world, gaining cultural knowledge, learning foreign languages and now speaking three languages fluently (English, Spanish, and Portuguese) – conquering so many great achievements, soccer was and always will be his true passion.

During his tenure within the professional atmosphere and environment of playing at such a high level with top teams around the world (including Sporting Clube de Portugal & Estoril Praia in Portugal, Club Tijuana & Club Atlas in Mexico Liga MX, Atlanta United & FC Cincinnati in the MLS, and even with the United States Men’s National team), he understood the professionalism that was needed, the mentality that was a key part of staying within that environment, and the desire it took to stay consistent as a pro.

Greg and his partner have 5 boys, of all ages, who are all involved in soccer. He currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
